Depalindo Congress Becomes a Meeting Place for Stakeholders

JAKARTA - The 12th National Congress of the Indonesian Transport Service Users Council (Depalindo), held in Jakarta on Thursday (9/25/2025), served as a strategic meeting place for stakeholders in the national logistics and export sector. 

The event successfully brought together leaders from various fields, ranging from the government to related industry associations.

From the government, the Director General of National Export Development at the Ministry of Trade, Fajarini Puntodewi, was present, along with representatives from Customs and Excise, the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, and Agricultural Quarantine. 

Meanwhile, from the business world, leaders of logistics associations were present, including GPEI Chairman Benny Soetrisno, Chairman of the Indonesian Container Depot Association (ASDEKI) Mustafa Kamal Hamka, Chairman of the Indonesian Trucking Association (APTRINDO) Gemilang Tarigan, and Secretary General of the Indonesian Stevedoring Association (APBMI) Capt Korompis.

Depalindo Chairman Toto Dirgantoro said that this forum was a manifestation of the seriousness in finding joint solutions.

“This is a manifestation of Depalindo's seriousness in its efforts to help reduce logistics costs in Indonesia,” said Toto. 

The presence of all stakeholders demonstrates a shared commitment to creating a more efficient and resilient export ecosystem.

“We see that Depalindo plays an important role in promoting efficient logistics connectivity,” concluded Director General of PEN, Fajarini Puntodewi.
